Medicare has a set rebate for doctors’ consultations depending on the type of consult and the duration of time you spend with a doctor.

After hour item numbers and rebate apply to:

Public holidays/ Sundays if applicable
Saturdays before 8am and after 1pm
Monday to Friday before 8am and after 8pm

Concession Card Holders - Standard fees generally apply. Concessions are at the discretion of your treating doctor on weekdays. Concessional rates do not apply on public holidays or the weekends.

DVA - Gold card holders are bulk billed.

Medicals - Some consultations cannot be billed to Medicare. This includes insurance medicals, commercial driver’s license and diving medicals.

Workers Compensation - Payments will be billed directly to WorkCover.

Fees must be paid in full at the time of consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards. For your convenience, we are able to submit your rebate claim to Medicare online.
